  • We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, regular maintenance, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized services tailored to your needs.

  • No. Our team comes fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. If you prefer we use your own supplies, just let us know.

  • We can do if you would like us to, but we recommend that each home/business provides their own. If you’d like to know more, ask one of our professionals and they’ll be happy to explain.

  • Yes. Our team is fully vetted, trained, and insured for your peace of mind.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

  • No, we also do commercial cleaning.

  • We don’t set up, but we do after-party clean ups.

  • Yes, we do.

  • It depends on the condition of the place, the price will be determined after an on site visit. It may be charged at our standard price or at our deep cleaning price. Whatever pricing applies would always be communicated to the client before any work starts.

  • We do both one-time and regularly scheduled cleanings.

  • We can try to keep it the same or we can re-schedule for a different day. There is an extra charge for working on holidays and you may a get a different cleaner than the one that is regularly assigned to your home if your regular cleaner is not available. You may also get a different cleaner if the cleaning is re-scheduled to a different day.

  • Yes, we do. We want to be fair to our employees and understand that they are making a sacrifice working on a holiday, so they should be remunerated accordingly.

  • Our regular hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We can work outside these hours also but there may be an extra charge.

  • Not regularly, but it can be arranged. Extra charges may apply.

  • We’re a new company, we’ve recently started operating.

  • No, but all our cleaners are highly competent and have been trained and vetted by the company.

  • Not specific, but all our employees are aware of safe work practices.

  • Not yet. Hopefully it won’t happen any time soon.

  • Yes, we offer laundry as an extra service.

  • Emptying the dishwasher is included in our regular cleaning, doing the dishes by hand is an extra service we offer.

  • No, we do not do pet sitting.

  • It depends on the pet. This would be assessed on a pet by pet basis. We want to make sure our employees are safe and they can work without encumbrance.

  • As long as they don’t interfere with the work. The cleaners will not be responsible for looking after / keeping an eye on the kids.

  • Yes, we are.

  • There are no licensing requirements for cleaning services in Ontario.

  • Not outside windows, but we can clean all easily accessible inside windows as part of our deep clean or as an added service.

  • We also clean offices and other commercial spaces.

  • No, we do not.

  • Yes, we offer this as an extra service.

  • We have a specific product for this that is very gently with the wood.

  • We do have our own vacuums, but there’s an extra charge for using them, as they require disinfecting after each visit. There is no charge to use the client’s vacuum, which is the option we recommend.

  • Yes.

  • Yes.

  • No, unfortunately we don’t have a program in place like that at the moment, but we’re looking into it.

  • There is no obligation to tip and it is not expected, but we have no policy against it and our cleaners would certainly appreciate it. If you do tip, 100% of the tip will be kept by the cleaner/s.

  • Yes.

  • We would try our best to assign another cleaner to the job. If this isn’t possible we would notify you with as much time as possible.

  • We try our best to re-schedule.

  • We do not have a charge if you give 24 hours or more of notice, if not, there is a $50 fee.

  • If there’s going to be someone at home who will grant access, it is not necessary. If there is not going to be anybody that can grant access, you should provide the alarm code, key, or any other measures necessary so our cleaners can gain access and perform the job.

  • Only the team leads have access to codes or keys. The keys and codes are handed out at the beginning of the day and returned to our safe facility at the end of the work day.

  • Yes, they are all kept in a safe.

  • You don’t need to be there as long as you have provided a way for the cleaners to get access to your home.

  • It depends of the size of your home and the number of tasks to perform. This would all be detailed before signing the agreement.

  • The business is insured and that covers all employees.

  • Email works best, but all three ways are acceptable.

  • If any of our employees breaks anything our insurance will cover it.

  • No, we have a very strict confidentiality policy.

  • We work on a schedule that has been previously agreed upon with the client.

  • Normally, yes, but exceptions can be arranged.

  • We aim to always be punctual, but please understand there may be the occasional exception due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We always perform the same tasks in our standard cleans and notify the client of any extras that may be needed next time so they can approve. We would also let the client know if we think an in depth clean is due.

  • As much as possible.

  • We have conducted extensive research and our experience has also taught us. If in doubt we always verify with the client before using anything.

  • We are a fully legal company that pays our taxes. You’ll see that taxes are included in all your invoices.

  • Not at all. We’ll focus on our task and we’ll let you focus on yours.

  • All our cleaners are going to be focusing on the job and interfering as little as possible with the home dwellers’ routines.

  • Yes, we do.

  • Yes, we guarantee satisfaction.

  • We don’t take checks. We will charge the credit card on file once the work is completed.
